Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Accountant or Actuary to join the Finance team in Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland (ALPI) business, providing assurance on external financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver FRCF assurance activity and work as part of the ALPI Finance & Actuarial team.
- Support agreement with local, group & project stakeholders on assurance activity requirements.
- Draft key FRCF governance activities, including provision of papers for local and Group forums.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and specialists across the wider Risk & Controls team.
Requirements:
- Recent audit experience (external audit or internal audit).
- Qualified Accountant or Actuarial (Near Qualified).
- Experience and knowledge of life or general insurance under IFRS and Solvency II.
- Risk and controls delivery experience, including SOX and internal risk and controls management.
