Our client, a renowned E-commerce company headquartered in China, is creating the Finance Team in Dublin, Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join the team.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize the financial reporting working procedure, as well as the Financial Accounting and Reporting Policies;
• Act as the primary source of advice for Financial Accounting and Reporting queries.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports on all periodic basis.
• Manage the review of statutory financial statements.
• Drive projects, provide finance guidance and often serve as the first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.
• Supervise and assist in the training and development of the financial reporting team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• English proficiency and basic conversational Chinese proficiency are required.

2. 7+ years of finance experience or at least 3 years' experience in financial or regulatory reporting.

• Qualified Accountant (AICPA or equivalent).
• E-commerce background, including working in a high-volume payment processing environment.
• Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements.
• Experience working in a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
• Strong intellect and analytical skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced start-up.
