AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a large-scale data centre build project in West Dublin. This is an opportunity to be part of a major project with one of Irelands largest and most respected construction companies on a permanent basis. To apply, you must have an EU/UK passport or a valid work permit for Ireland. The Role: Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure all finishing activities are aligned with the overall project schedule. Manage and supervise the finishing stages of the build, including interior fit-out, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and final MEP installations. Plan and organize labour and materials to optimize workflow and maintain project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors daily to ensure the efficient progression of work. Drive the site team to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining quality standards. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a Foreman role, with a strong focus on finishing works. Previous experience with data centre or large-scale industrial projects is highly advantageous. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, practices, and equipment. Strong leadership skills with a keen focus on maintaining health and safety standards. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
