Join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative projects across Ireland. They are currently seeking a Foremanfor a large scale residential project in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines. Monitor work quality and compliance with building codes. Manage labour, materials, and equipment allocation. Maintain accurate daily records of site operations, progress reports, and any incidents, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections. Take control of Snag List and close out with relevant subcontractors. Take control of unit from plastering/skimming stage onwards, through 2nd & 3rd fix, snagging, and handover of unit. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor, ideally on large-scale projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
