Ratio Recruitment is working with our client, a renowned Construction companyto hire a Finishing Foreman to join their team in County Galway. As Finishing Foreman, , you will Oversee all finishing activities on the construction site, Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades and Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join an excellent team. Our client is offering an excellent salary. This is a permanent position. Responsibilities: Inspect work for compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Work closely with the project manager and other members of the construction team. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to the finishing team. Monitor progress and performance of finishing activities. Qualifications, Skills & Experience; 3-5+ years in similar role. Knowledge of construction techniques and be competent in all aspects of setting out, surveying, and temporary works. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS office & CAD. A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites. Strong Management Skills. Full Irish Driving licence. Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role.
