Job Description
Experienced Finishing Foreman sought for multi-unit residential projects in Waterford, working with a leading main contractor on high-quality developments across the South East.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee finishing works to ensure high-quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met
- Perform snagging checks and inspections
- Liaise with site management, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years experience as a Finishing Foreman, ideally with residential projects
- Experience working as a carpenter
- Strong knowledge of construction finishes and trades
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience managing subcontractors
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
**Salary:** Circa €60k - €70k DOE, including vehicle and fuel allowance
