Finishing Foreman required to join a leading main contractor, working on multi-unit residential projects in Waterford. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company on high-quality residential developments across the South East. Role: Oversee finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards Manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met Perform snagging checks and inspections Liaise with site management, clients, and stakeholders Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained Requirements: 3+ years experience as a Finishing Foreman, ideally with residential projects Experience working as a carpenter Strong knowledge of construction finishes and trades Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven experience managing subcontractors Familiarity with health and safety regulations Salary: Circa €60k - €70k DOE Vehicle/Fuel allowance If you are a Finishing Foreman considering a career move, please send your CV to or contact Eve Dobson on for a confidential discussion.
