Seeking experienced Finishing Manager to oversee completion of residential projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely delivery.
The Finishing Manager will be responsible for coordinating all finishing works, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and coordinate all finishing works on residential projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors for tasks such as plastering, painting, flooring, and more.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect and approve completed work, ensuring it meets client expectations.
- Liaise with the Site Manager, resolving issues related to finishes and timelines.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met on-site.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman / Manager on residential projects.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
- Knowledge of current construction techniques and health & safety regulations.
