Job Description

Technical Support Associate -

This role involves providing technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include receiving customer calls and email communications, troubleshooting complaints, and documenting complaints and inquiries. The successful candidate will work closely with the EME/APAC Technical Support Team Lead and be responsible for resolving and addressing complaints and inquiries within set targets.

The ideal candidate will have a 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, or Engineering. They will also be fluent in Finnish and have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a medical or clinical environment. Additionally, they will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate, and be able to take ownership and organize workload effectively.

The role is office based but requires a degree of flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for assuming accountability for daily tasks and highlighting any risks to the Team lead.

  • Fluent Finnish is essential for this role
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a medical/clinical environment or customer-facing support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to take ownership and organize workload effectively


The successful candidate will be a skilled problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to investigate and resolve complex issues. They will also have a strong understanding of technical writing and be proficient in MS Office.
