Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Contracts Manager, direct and coordinate each site as per the project programme.
- Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete.
- Conduct progress meetings, measuring against deadlines.
- Regularly make record of site activities and progress with the site diary.
- Monitor and control all levels of workmanship.
- Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed.
- Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to.
- Check machinery and equipment to ensure that it is fit for purpose.
- Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately.
- Alert the various site teams to clients specific requirements ensuring they expectations are surpassed.
- Attend and Chair Site Meetings.
Specification:
- Construction Management Degree / background
- 4 years plus experience in a similar role
- Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
- Able to manage and motivate
- Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Full Driving License
