Fit-out Site Manager for Dublin We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Fit-out Site Manager team in Dublin, working with a team that delivers sustainable work environments and empowers staff to achieve their ambitions. • Ensure client expectations are met by delivering high-quality products while fostering professional relationships with design teams and client representatives. • Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on budget, and snag-free. • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure their work meets required standards with minimal rework. • Plan, coordinate, and execute works, delivering projects as per contract documents. • Maintain excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain. • Resource and schedule work in line with the project construction program. • Collaborate with the project QS to advise on upcoming issues.
