Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of a 5.6 million healthcare facility project in Dublin, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
As the Fit-Out Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fit-out process, including coordinating and managing all fit-out activities on-site, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, and monitoring and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all fit-out activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure project success.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues or delays promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fit-Out Site Manager, preferably in healthcare facility projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
