Fit-Out Site Manager Our client are seeking a highly skilled Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of a 5.6 million healthcare facility project in Dublin. As the Fit-Out Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fit-out process, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of the project. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage all fit-out activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. - Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure project success. - Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues or delays promptly.
