Fit-Out Site Manager Our are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to lead the fit-out of a prestigious hotel project in Dublin. As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of the hotel fit-out, overseeing all on-site activities with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all aspects of the hotel fit-out project, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Work closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality and design. - Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all on-site personnel. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and take proactive measures to keep the project on track. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Site Manager in hotel fit-out projects or similar construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. - Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
