High-Quality Fitter Required for Manufacturing Role
We are seeking a skilled Fitter with expertise in engineering drawings and precision welding to join our team.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering drawings and be able to produce high-quality parts efficiently to meet production demands. Key responsibilities include:
- Working with engineering drawings to produce parts of the highest quality and standard
- FOLLOWING COMPANY WELDING PROCEDURES AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Working with large parts and equipment, including oxygen and acetylene cutting and heating equipment
- Removing defective welds and completing repairs as required
- Cleaning and dressing welds to a high standard
- Lifting and moving components
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Fitter qualification
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to work at heights
- Availability to work a shift pattern, including 06:30 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:30
