Fleet Manager Required for Private Healthcare Provider

Nua Healthcare Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage and administer the company fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the fleet is maintained to the highest possible standard, guaranteeing safe and quality delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are taxed, insured, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Respond to vehicle maintenance requests and ensure vehicles are serviced regularly and have a valid NCT/DOE.
  • Monitor and review telematics data to identify driver behavior concerns and respond accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company vehicle policy and repayment agreements.
  • Purchase vehicles in line with budgets and needs, maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Manage budgets for services, repairs, and motor-related costs.
  • Review vehicle accident reports and follow up accordingly.
  • Support management and team members with motor-related concerns and issues.
  • Comply with company safety and security rules and instructions.
  • Deliver training on fleet management as required.
  • Review trends and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain the National Fleet Database.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure no delays in repairs and service of the fleet.
  • Review and approve invoices linked to fleet, ensuring due diligence.
  • Review and agree additional suppliers as necessary.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of fleet management.
  • Experience in a similar role working with a fleet.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft applications.
