Dynamic Fleet Sales Executive sought to manage relationships with key fleet customers, ensuring their needs are met and sales targets are exceeded in a modern showroom.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our team in a state-of-the-art showroom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our key fleet customers, ensuring their needs are met and sales targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with fleet customers in a cutting-edge showroom, selling both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Oversee the fleet sales process from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Manage relationships with major fleet clients, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fleet industry, including lifecycle costs and end-user benefits.
  • Focus on delivering outstanding customer service and aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle all aspects of the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on vehicle financing options, including Ford Lease.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and customer follow-up.
  • Maintain a professional and inviting showroom, ensuring vehicles and visitor areas are well-presented.
  • Leverage various channels, including online platforms and networking, to create new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of sales and aftersales campaigns to boost business growth.
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge on vehicles, accessories, pricing, and key features.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in motor sales, preferably with a main dealership.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams, particularly in aftersales, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • A solid understanding of vehicle financing, including Personal Contract Plans (PCP).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and an enthusiasm for cars.
  • Full, clean driving license (Ireland).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in business IT systems, with Kerridge experience preferred.
