Key Responsibilities
- Ensure evening stock replenishment is executed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising across all sections of the store.
- Execute promotions in line with guidelines and on-shelf availability targets.
- Work with the Re-Order team to ensure accurate stock levels and manage specific orders.
- Investigate and eliminate service failures attributed to replenishment.
- Manage waste and shrinkage effectively.
- Drive consistent achievement of company excellence standards and monthly KPIs.
People Management
- Effectively communicate, mentor, manage, and motivate the team.
- Supervise and manage direct reports, including holiday requests, absence management, performance, and timekeeping issues.
- Provide input into staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing needs are met.
Health and Safety
- Ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of employees while at work.
- Manage and conduct work activities to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all colleagues.
- Implement the company's safety, health, and welfare measures necessary for protecting employees.
