Manage a retail store team to achieve high standards of customer service, stock management, and store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full evening stock replenishment is executed each evening.
- Merchandise all sections to the highest standards.
- Execute promotions in line with guidelines and on-shelf availability targets.
- Work with the Re-Order team to ensure correct stock levels at all times.
- Investigate and eliminate service failures attributed to replenishment.
- Manage waste and shrinkage effectively.
- Drive the consistent achievement of company excellence standards and KPIs.
People Management
- Effectively communicate, mentor, manage, and motivate your team.
- Supervise and manage direct reports, including holiday requests and absence management.
- Provide input into staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing needs are met.
Health and Safety
- Ensure the safety, health, and welfare of employees while at work.
- Manage and conduct work activities to ensure the safety of all colleagues.
- Implement the company's safety, health, and welfare measures.
