Operations - Key Activities: Ensuring full evening stock replenishment is fully executed each evening. Ensuring all sections are merchandised to the highest standards. Executing promotions in line with promotional guidelines and on-shelf availability targets. Working in partnership with Re-Order team to ensure correct stock levels at all times and taking responsibility for specific orders where relevant. Investigating and striving to eliminate all service failures attributed to replenishment on a daily basis. Managing waste & shrinkage effectively. Driving the consistent achievement of company excellence standards and monthly KPIs, to include but not limited to: Must stock/average stock availability. On-shelf availability / Point of sale accuracy. General housekeeping standards. Store, quality & food safety audits Managing weekly cycle counts People Management Effectively communicating, mentoring, managing & motivating your team. Supervising & managing all direct reports, including holiday requests, absence management, performance and timekeeping issues. Providing input into the collation of the staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing needs are met at all times.
