Customer Care Representative sought to provide high-standard client-partner service, efficiently working across multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality service in a dynamic and worldwide industry reference company.
You will be joining a company designing and manufacturing technical and decorative solutions derived from wood to a worldwide diverse customer base. They are a worldwide industry reference and well known in Europe thanks to their wide product portfolio. They have over 3400 employees across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Booking sales and promotion orders for accounts; monitoring outstanding orders and delivery times
- Processing customer order data in SAP and CRM and ensuring that the service runs smoothly
- Reporting and analyzing complaints
- Communicating with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Ensuring optimal, efficient and qualitative execution of the work
- Developing a knowledge of the company's products, facilities, website, policies & procedures
- Maintaining & updating the customer database
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Third-level Qualification is preferred
- Experience in handling high-volume inbound requests via phone call/email/ticketing system
- Good verbal and written communication, and fluency in English (fluency in Spanish is a plus)
