Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and comfort at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant, lounge, and bar areas, ensuring that they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests, adhering to established standards and procedures.
- Assist with reservations, seating, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in training programs and attend meetings as scheduled.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
- Report any incidents or accidents to management, providing a detailed account of the events.
- Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing exceptional service and support to guests and colleagues alike.
Health and Safety:
- Fulfill your obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1989 and any revisions or additional legislation made thereto.
- Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and any other persons on the premises.
- Keep work areas tidy and safe, reporting any hazards, losses, or damage to management.
- Be aware of trained first-aid personnel on the premises and the location of the first aid box.
- Observe all safety rules and procedures, including those laid down in the Safety Statement.
