We are currently looking to hire a food and beverage assistant to join our existing Food & Beverage team. Various shift patterns available for the role.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
- To follow agreed standards for service of Food & Beverage.
- To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
- To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant.
- To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- To be flexible with hours.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A professional and friendly approach, focused on providing excellent customer service.
- 1 year experience in a high-volume establishment (full training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and be a team player.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and timekeeping skills.
- A good level of spoken English.
This role is suitable for a candidate interested in pursuing a career in our Food & Beverage department.
