The Connemara Coast Hotel is a luxurious four-star hotel located on the Wild Atlantic Way and the shores of Galway Bay. Our hotel offers visitors an ideal base from which to explore the spectacular scenery of Connemara and the vibrant city of Galway.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Serving guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensuring work areas are set up and stocked according to business requirements.
- Staying up-to-date with menu updates.
- Working a flexible shift pattern and rotating through various areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Adhering to cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Providing support in other areas of the business as needed.
- Ensuring all stock is stored safely.
Key skills and experience required:
- Ability to provide warm, friendly, and efficient service.
- Passion for operations and working on the floor.
- Standards-driven and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and evaluating customer service levels for continuous improvement.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering excellent service.
- Confidence in working on your own initiative and as part of a successful team.
