We have got 2 fantastic opportunities for an experienced Food & Beverage manager to join the award winning teams in these 2 fantastic (not related) 5* Hotels, one in the east of the Country, and one in the stunning surroundings of Co Kerry The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Director, or assistant Food & Beverage manager within a similar luxury high end 4* or 5* environment Experience working in a fine dining restaurant in a hotel or Michelin star restaurant Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and organisational skills, strong leadership, and people management skills A strong leader who is able to lead from the front, by example but also able to delegate daily tasks to staff members You will be the face of the restaurant when it comes to guest experiences and dealing with guest enquiries You will be on top of industry trends in the 5* market Someone who is happy and comfortable to attend awards ceremonies and industry events throughout the year, representing your hotel You are a true hospitality professional who is looking to progress your career to the next level A candidate looking for longevity in their next role as these hotels have big projects planned and want their F&B manager to commit to them and see them through for the next few years Can work well with other HODs including the Exec Chef to ensure a seamless 5* service at all times You can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions What can we offer?
