Scenic Hotel Group – Westport, South Island Location: Franz Josef, West Coast Employment Type: Fixed Term, Waged.
Monday to Sunday rostered.
Seasonal Contract: October 2024 - April 2025 Minimum Guaranteed Hours Available: 30 hours per week Looking for a role that involves leadership and customer service?You'll oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and maintain department procedures.
Additionally, you'll greet and serve guests, manage orders, handle payments, and even recommend wine pairings.

Your Role: What You'll Do and Your Responsibilities: Managing daily operations and task allocation in the Food & Beverage department.
Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Providing supervision and training to Attendants.
Greeting guests, taking orders, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
Prioritising restaurant cleanliness.
Handling payments and operating our POS system.
