Job Summary: We seek a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in the F&B operations, with a focus on customer care, organizational skills, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in smooth hotel operations with a focus on Food & Beverage and Rooms departments.
- Ensure customer care is delivered to guests.
- Assist department managers in drawing up weekly rosters.
- Hold daily team briefings for effective communication.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene throughout the department.
- Implement customer feedback systems and reflect results in services and training.
- Provide support in all hotel areas.
- Ensure hotel security through monitoring and preventative action.
- Lead and support meeting & events functions.
- Check closing procedures and ensure hotel areas are locked and secure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B Supervisory roles.
- Prior experience within a 5-star hotel.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Creative and able to engage with team members and guests.
