Package Generous salary doe Bonus Pension Extremely flexible hybrid working Generous Annual Leave Staff Discount Free Parking Responsibilities of this Food Leadership Manager job Develop a 'food first' strategy to differentiate the organisations clients from competitors Using data and insights to shape & deliver innovation and consumer-centric concepts to market. Collaborate with your line manager to ensure the team works cohesively and efficiently toward food leadership goals Oversee budgets and ensure payments are processed on time Develop, sign off, and implement the annual Commercial Plan for food leadership Provide updates on the food agenda to the Management, Executive Team, and Board when needed Experience required for this Food Leadership Manager job: Proven leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with experience leading diverse cross-functional teams to deliver on a clear vision Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen Experience in transformation programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have at least 5 years' experience in a senior role in a retail / FMCG environment Strong understanding of the Irish food retail market Aoife Clarke is handling the recruitment for this role in complete confidentiality.
