Job Description
Shift workers needed for a fast-paced food production facility in Bandon. Experience in food production/manufacturing environment and strong attention to detail required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a production facility with a focus on meeting targets
- Maintain a cool head under pressure and work effectively in a team
- Operate machinery and equipment as required
- Meet deadlines and multitask in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in food production/manufacturing environment
- Strong numerical and spatial awareness
- Physical ability to lift and/or stand for long periods
- Good numerical and spatial reasoning
Working Hours: 12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm and/or 7pm-7am. Average 39 hours per four weeks. Alternating weekly between days and nights.
Pay: €14.73 per hour, plus up to €100 per week performance-related bonus
