Shift workers needed for a food production facility in Bandon, with a focus on production, machine operating, labelling, packaging, and forklift skills.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in a food production/manufacturing environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be physically able to lift and/or stand for long periods, and have good numerical and spatial awareness.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production setting, particularly in a target-driven production role
- Strong numerical, spatial, mechanical, or engineering reasoning skills
- Ability to multitask, work to multiple deadlines, and excel in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a cool head under pressure
**Working Conditions:**
- Shift roster incorporating days and nights, 7am to 7pm and/or 7pm to 7am
- 12-hour shifts, working Monday to Friday primarily
- Out of every four weeks, 3 x 36 and 1 x 48 hour shifts, averaging 39 hours
**Benefits:**
