Food R&D Technologist is required for a rapidly growing award winning food company in West Cork. The successful candidate will be creative and innovative, working on new product development and leading food research projects. The role supports the Innovation Manager, assists in product development and production scale-up, and executes daily lab activities. Evaluates ingredients, creates recipes, and conducts sensory evaluations to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a Masters in Food Science and 2-3 years of experience leading research projects with skills in food research technology.
