Job Description
A Food R&D Technologist is required to lead food research projects and support product development in a rapidly growing award-winning food company in West Cork.
The successful candidate will be creative and innovative, with experience in leading food research projects and a Master's degree in Food Science.
The role involves supporting the Innovation Manager, assisting in product development and production scale-up, and executing daily R&D related lab activities.
The successful candidate will evaluate current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipes, and conduct sensory evaluation of new food products.
Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Food Science
- 2-3 years of experience leading research projects
