Food R&D Technologist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based Client. A rapidly growing award winning food company requires a Food R&D Technologist in West Cork. The successful candidate will be creative and Innovative and work on New Product Development. The successful candidate will have experience leading food research projects THE ROLE: * The role will support the Innovation Manager and assists in product development and production scale-up along with daily execution of R&D related lab activities. * Evaluates current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipes and conducts sensory evaluation of new food products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Masters in Food Science * Have 2 - 3 years of experience leading research projects.
