Food Safety Job In Dublin

Food Safety & Quality Manager sought to support Food Safety & Quality across entire supply chain in a Dublin-based company.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Food Safety Management Systems according to current legislation and standards.
• Lead the internal HACCP team and oversee standards through an internal auditing program.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities (HSE, FSAI) and ensure legal compliance, including regulatory, third-party, and customer audits and inspections.
• Manage supplier and product approval protocols.
• Align the Management Team with FS&Q objectives.
• Define and manage finished product quality.
• Conduct audits of FSMS compliance and resolve issues with the team.
• Keep Food Safety training requirements up to date and manage the review of training materials to ensure they meet standard requirements.
• Address FSQ operational issues and consumer complaints satisfactorily.
• Maintain site hygiene and pest control standards.
• Report on FSQ performance against targets.

Requirements:

• Science or Food Science qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical Quality management experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management systems.
• Experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems.
• Flexibility, quick learning ability, problem-solving skills, and strong communication and organizational skills.
• A full driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
