Food Safety & Quality Manager sought to support Food Safety & Quality across entire supply chain in a Dublin-based company.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Food Safety Management Systems according to current legislation and standards.
- Lead the internal HACCP team and oversee standards through an internal auditing program.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities (HSE, FSAI) and ensure legal compliance, including regulatory, third-party, and customer audits and inspections.
- Manage supplier and product approval protocols.
- Align the Management Team with FS&Q objectives.
- Define and manage finished product quality.
- Conduct audits of FSMS compliance and resolve issues with the team.
- Keep Food Safety training requirements up to date and manage the review of training materials to ensure they meet standard requirements.
- Address FSQ operational issues and consumer complaints satisfactorily.
- Maintain site hygiene and pest control standards.
- Report on FSQ performance against targets.
Requirements:
- Science or Food Science qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical Quality management experience.
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management systems.
- Experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems.
- Flexibility, quick learning ability, problem-solving skills, and strong communication and organizational skills.
- A full driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
