Lead and support R&D/NPD & EPD projects from concept to launch for innovation and renovation. Oversee compliance with policies, legislation, and the product development process for line extensions and brand resizing. What Skills You Need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or Food Science. 3-5 years of experience in Product Development or related roles. Strong project management, time management, and research skills. Excellent communication and computer skills. Knowledge of food quality systems, legislation, and a variety of technical aspects, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
