Quorum Search Partners are working with a leading brand and private label portfolio with a substantial customer base who are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to provide strategic direction and management of our clients Foodservice Channel. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will take full responsibility for our clients entire Foodservice channel. Benefits: Dublin Office - Hybrid Office. Salary up to €80k p.a. plus bonus, car or car allowance, phone & laptop. Significant opportunity to lead a highly successful commercial team and Brand. Strong commitment to team development. In this role, you will: Manage and lead a small team of National Account Manager level reports. Maintain and develop senior-level relationships with distributors and key end users. Provide coaching and support for personal development whilst maximising commercial delivery. Take ownership for building and executing the strategic direction of our clients multi-million turnover channel. This is a crucial role that ensures our clients continued commercial success. The ideal candidate will be: An influential and inspirational Senior National Account Manager with experience managing a national account team. Experienced working in the Foodservice channel is key. Proven in handling P&L responsibilities, maintain and develop effective sales processes and negotiating JBP's.
