Responsibilities:
- Lead for-profit accounting and audit engagements for 5+ years.
- Cultivate the role as primary engagement contact for clients.
- Provide strategic guidance and manage all phases of multiple engagements.
- Develop leads and recognize opportunities to provide additional services.
- Research and address complex government auditing issues.
- Demonstrate engagement profitability and budget monitoring.
- Manage staff workload and promote a positive learning environment.
