- Lead for-profit accounting and audit engagements with 5+ years of experience
- Cultivate role as primary engagement contact for clients
- Develop leads and networking opportunities
- Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Manage staff workload and provide open communication to promote a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Actively seek feedback for self-improvement opportunities and growth
- Seek to engage in strategic discussions with partners and support firm culture
- Strong knowledge of document management, workflow, time and billing, and Microsoft Office
- CPA or interest in pursuing designation
