Store Manager - Midleton Excel Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and experienced individual for the position of Store Manager for our client's store located in Midleton, Cork. Our client a leader in forecourt retail with stores all over Cork and now spreading into Leinster. They are seeking an experienced Store Manger to manage, lead and develop their site in Midelton Cork. Salary - €50k - €55k plus bonus Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth of the store Ensuring that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control and waste management Reviewing staff performance regularly, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store Requirements: Experience managing large teams and identify key tasks to be completed daily Ability to manage high turnover, margin and achieve KPI targets Fresh food experience Great attitude and commitment to improving in all store aspects If you are interested in this Store Manager job opportunity, then please apply to Alan Treacy via the link below.
