Store Manager - MidletonExcel Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and experienced individual for the position of Store Manager for our client's store located in Midleton, Cork.Our client is a leader in forecourt retail with stores all over Cork and now spreading into Leinster. They are seeking an experienced Store Manager to manage, lead, and develop their site in Midleton, Cork.Salary - €50k - €55k plus bonusResponsibilities:Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store.Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs.Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth of the store.Ensure that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control, and waste management.Review staff performance regularly, create staff rosters, and ensure overall high standards of the store.Requirements:Experience managing large teams and identifying key tasks to be completed daily.Ability to manage high turnover, margin, and achieve KPI targets.Fresh food experience.Great attitude and commitment to improving in all store aspects.If you are interested in this Store Manager job opportunity, then please apply to Alan Treacy via the link below.
