Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join their team in Cork City. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of a residential project, overseeing daily on-site operations, managing trades, and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and the ability to lead teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Monitor the quality of work and adherence to project specifications. Conduct daily site briefings and manage on-site logistics. Maintain clear communication with project managers and other stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in residential projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
