INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Site Foreman Project New Build Residential Job Location Co. Louth Salary €65K - €75K + package *Salary Negotiable depending on Experience* About the Company Very busy Main Contractor specialising in new build housing developments 150+ units across the North Leinster Region. My client is keen to chat to experienced Foremen who have a background in residential new builds from greenfield stages right through to handover. The project is greenfield site at the moment and has 2+ years remaining on the programme they have been asked to design a further 60 units so this could end up a 3-year project too. Good site set up with support from project manager and contracts manager they will also be looking to take on a Finishing Foreman when the project ramps up a bit. Ideally will come from a Joinery or Carpentry Background. The Role Coordination and supervision of the finishing of a Commercial Development. Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team. Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager. Oversee manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed. Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget. Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high. Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site. Host tool box talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required. Requirements A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background. Ideally Carpentry of Joinery Background. A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role on commercial projects.
