Your new role You will work in a 5-person finance team, your focus will be on Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Forecasting, KPI Reporting, Variance Analysis. Reporting to an experienced Finance Manager, its expected that you will investigate and show initiative in bringing solutions to the business. \"We want this person to add value and be part of our continued success, bringing energy, awareness and passion is key to success.\" Duties Include: Financial Planning & Analysis to support local management’s decision-making. Deep dive analysis on gross margin, EBITDA and Working Capital. Co-ordinate with Corporate Finance for the local business. Forecasting Financial performance. Cross-Functional Support - Work with planning and economics, technical and operations teams to resolve issues and help improve business performance. Metrics & KPI Reporting. Assist in the tracking and monitoring of business metrics. What you'll need to succeed You must be a Qualified Financial Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CPA/CIMA) with industry experience. We need you to have a strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and report findings in a clear manner to both financial and non-financial people. This position requires you to form working relationships, so solid communication skills are vital. What you'll get in return Salary available could go to €70k with full benefits such as Pension, Full Family Healthcare, Bonus, Subs Paid, parking.
