Seeking a skilled Accountant to deliver KPIs, drive process improvement, and provide commercial insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Management Information: Deliver KPIs on annual budget and monthly reports
- Process Improvement: Create best-in-class automation reports using data and tools like Snowflake and Power-Bi
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with management to use data and offer insights
- Commerciality: Develop new value-add initiatives and think outside the box
Requirements:
- Newly qualified Accountant with practice training beneficial
- Strong business partnering skills
- Desire to change and add value
- Ambitious and driven individual
Benefits:

- €65,000 salary
Flexible working arrangement: 2 days in office, 3 days at home
