Job Description
FP&A Analyst - 12 month FTC
Provide financial modelling and planning support to the FP&A team, with a focus on executive decision making, performance and variance analysis, and generating insights for commercial teams.
About the Role
- Support the submission of budgets and forecasts to ABF, ensuring accurate and efficient inputs to all levels of the organisation.
- Build and manage financial models, providing in-depth analysis on business performance and suggesting actions.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including financial reporting and financial business partnering teams, to bring knowledge and insights to support business decisions.
- Understand customers and competitors, keeping up to date with commercial trends and providing ad-hoc analysis as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Previous FP&A experience working in a fast-paced environment, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong statistical modelling skills, including regression and correlation.
- High level of financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to interrogate large data sets and come to sound, logical recommendations and conclusions.
