FP&A Analyst role in a leading FMCG company, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through financial analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for commercial opportunities.
- Partner with account managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of cross-functional projects.
- Identify performance gaps, analyze causes, and present recommendations to reduce variances.
- Enhance profitability by evaluating trade/promotional investments and analyzing production and distribution costs.
- Collaborate with other business units to identify opportunities for improvement in account performance.
- Assist in coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform ad hoc high-value financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
- 0-1 years PQE experience.
- Ideal experience in a Big 4/Top 10 firm or a similar fast-paced environment.
