Location: Dublin Hybrid - 3 days on site The Company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic finance team within a leading FMCG company. This role is ideal for recently qualified accountants who are eager to contribute to strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. What will you be doing? In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, support budgeting processes, and perform profitability assessments. Your work will play an integral part in driving business growth through insightful financial analysis and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for both existing and new commercial opportunities. Partner with account managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of cross functional projects, tracking performance against key metrics. Identify performance gaps, analyze causes, and present recommendations to reduce variances. Enhance profitability by evaluating trade/promotional investments and analyzing production and distribution costs Collaborate with other business units to identify opportunities for improvement in account performance. Assist in coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform ad hoc high-value financial analysis as needed. Is this you? Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) - 0-1 years PQE Experience: Ideally trained within a Big 4/Top 10 firm or a similar fast-paced environment.
