Job Summary: Provide financial insights to support construction projects, lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and analyze project costs and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for construction projects
- Analyze project costs, revenue, and profitability, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with teams to guide project finances and support tendering processes
- Develop financial models for business planning and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling
- Industry knowledge and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Construction experience and a qualified accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
