Job Description
Experience-driven FP&A Manager required for a rapidly growing homebuilder in Kildare. Lead financial analysis and planning to support construction projects and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial insights to support construction projects and decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyse project costs, revenue, and profitability; track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with teams to guide project finances and support tendering processes.
- Develop financial models for business planning and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and financial modelling expertise.
- Industry knowledge and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Minimum 4 years of construction experience and PQE as a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc).
