FP&A Manager - Growing Home builder €70,000 - €75,000 Office based in Kildare Pension Healthcare The Company A homebuilder in Kildare who has doubled in the last two years and has large ambitions to continue to grow at a rapid rate. The Role Provide financial insights to support construction projects and decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Analyse project costs, revenue, and profitability; track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with teams to guide project finances and support tendering processes. Develop financial models for business planning and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits. Required: strong analytical skills, financial modelling, industry knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
